A little about me and my experiences with massage

My Journey

I decided to train in Hawaiian massage mid 2023 to complement my coaching work.

As I have experienced throughout my 20 year coaching and teaching career, I'd once again seen the need for how touch and embodiment are a crucial part to facilitating people towards integrated health and wellbeing. So I decided to take my experiences with bodywork more seriously and professionally train in Lomi Lomi & Kahuna massage having practiced a form of intuitive and presence-based massage since 2017.

I've benefited from massage for over 20 years yet my first experience receiving a Lomi Lomi massage was in 2022. I knew instantly this was the form of massage for me to professionally share with others due to its sacred depth and the emotional release I had on the table.

I am certified in three levels of Kahuna massage with Mette's Institute and the same again in Traditional Old Style Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage. In 2026/7, I am also completing a level 4 qualification in holistic massage with Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork. I'm inspired by The Rosen Method, Holistic Pulsing and Esalen Massage amongst other awareness based practices such as conscious dance and yoga. Client feedback is available here.

I practice massage and bodywork at the wellbeing studio I founded called SOAK in Bath.
